• Provide outstanding customer service for walk-ins and incoming calls.
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments.
• Stock, clean, and merchandise the store to maintain a safe environment.
• Learn and use the BisTrack system for inventory and POS tasks.

• Strong customer service skills and experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to provide product knowledge and upselling.
