You'll own pipeline-generating programmes across the UK, connecting field marketing, lifecycle programs, and sales engagement. You'll play a critical role in shaping how CI&T engages priority accounts and converts interest into revenue. This is a hybrid role based in London with 2 days per week in office.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute B2B event programs across EMEA
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, timelines, and vendors
  • Align event programs with target accounts and sales teams
  • Design lifecycle and nurture programs connecting event engagement

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-7 years experience in B2B marketing with demand generation focus
  • Proven experience delivering events generating pipeline in enterprise/consulting
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple programs simultaneously

  • Experience with account-based marketing and complex B2B sales cycles
