🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and implement statistical programming strategy and standards.
• Lead design, development, and validation of SAS macros and scripts.
• Drive automation and standardization of programming workflows.
• Manage CROs and external programming vendors, including scope and budget.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Master's with 10+ years or PhD with 8+ years experience.
• Track record leading statistical programming across multiple clinical studies.
• Deep technical expertise in CDISC standards and submission-ready deliverables.
