💼 About This Role

You'll provide concierge-level service to cyclists, answering product questions via calls, chats, and emails. You'll champion rider experience through authentic interactions that build loyalty. This remote role includes paid training starting May 26, 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide concierge-level service to riders/customers
• Answer calls, chats, and emails regarding products and orders
• Build and maintain relationships with riders
• Learn processes and systems to meet customer needs

📋 Requirements

• Passion for all things cycling
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Schedule flexibility including weekends and evenings until 10pm MST
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Must use provided equipment only, cannot use personal equipment
