Description

You will lead a small product team of 3-5 engineers, spending 30% of your time on management and actively contributing to product development. You'll drive the adoption of agentic workflows and reusable primitives to deliver outcomes faster, while coaching your team and managing hiring and onboarding.

Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with Frontend (React, JS, ES6, Jest) or Backend (Elixir/Phoenix)
• Track record of shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a people-first approach

Responsibilities

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers (backend and frontend)
• Actively participate in product development alongside management duties
• Lead hiring and onboarding processes for the team
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and career development for direct reports
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows (spec → plan → execute → verify) to improve delivery
