You'll lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing to drive high-performing marketing campaigns for an AI startup backed by top-tier VCs. You'll own full-funnel campaign execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok, optimizing budgets and creatives to deliver measurable growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead hands-on ad creation and A/B testing across platforms
• Conceptualize and execute full-funnel campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok
• Partner with design and video teams to produce polished ad assets
• Optimize advertising budgets by scaling high-performing creative variants

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with demonstrated success in ad production and A/B testing yielding strong ROAS (3x+)
• Proficiency in creative tools (Figma, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, Canva)
• Proficiency in ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads)
• Strong skills in copywriting, visual design, and video editing
