You'll manage onsite blood draw events for early cancer detection, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution. Your work directly supports making Galleri tests accessible to participants. This field-based role involves frequent travel and coordination of vendors and stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end onsite blood draw events
• Serve as liaison between Customer Success and other departments
• Maintain project plans and tracking tools
• Request scheduling of phlebotomists and provider networks
• Collect feedback and share best practices

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years project management, event planning, or related experience
• Ability to travel up to 90%
• Strong organizational and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting clinical operations or events
• Working knowledge of Asana or other project management software
• Experience supporting a sales organization
