- Experience in technology, SaaS, or Cloud industries
- 3+ years in a customer success role
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools

- Customer Success certification (e.g., SuccessHACKER)
- Experience managing 100+ accounts
