You'll lead predictive modeling solutions for oncology clinical development at Flatiron Health, advancing digital twin frameworks and other AI approaches to improve cancer care. Your work will directly impact trial design and treatment decisions for pharmaceutical partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and validation of predictive models for clinical development
• Develop methodological strategy for applied AI in RWD/RWE
• Serve as scientific lead in client engagements with biopharma
• Translate complex methods into decision-relevant insights

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
• Predictive modeling experience in oncology clinical development or RWD/RWE
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets (EHR, claims, multimodal)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in early development, commercial analytics, or HEOR
• Track record of informing drug development decisions with predictive modeling
• Experience in clinical trial data management and governance
