You'll handle advanced technical escalations for a compensation benchmarking platform used by 1,400+ companies. You'll resolve HRIS integration failures and data pipeline issues, and improve documentation to strengthen the support function.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues including HRIS integrations and data pipeline anomalies.
  • Coordinate with Engineering via Linear to drive timely resolution of incidents.
  • Analyze support ticket patterns to identify recurring systemic issues.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base with troubleshooting guides and runbooks.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • SQL proficiency for investigating data issues.
  • Scripting competency in Python or JavaScript.
  • Experience troubleshooting REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with GCP and Datadog for observability.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with HRIS/ATS integrations like Personio, Workday, BambooHR.
  • Experience with Linear, DevCycle, or Notion.
