💼 About This Role

You'll lead end-to-end implementation projects for our AI medical scribe product in healthcare. You'll ensure on-time launches and successful adoption while partnering with cross-functional teams. This role requires 5 days a week onsite in Mountain View, CA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract close to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, status updates, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Act as primary point of contact for customer stakeholders during implementation.
• Deliver customized training sessions for end-users to ensure early adoption.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of SaaS implementation experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR systems.
• Technical proficiency with data analysis and API integrations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions or medical documentation workflows.
• Proficiency in Retool or SQL.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
