🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary contact for travelers prior to departure
• Communicate with travelers by email and phone
• Prepare travelers for trips in video meetings
• Organize transfers, flights, and additional services

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• French fluency and English confidence
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to take emergency shifts (24/7) during travel seasons
