You'll own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of growth customers, ensuring they maximize value from Braze's customer engagement platform. You'll drive upsells and renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to empower customer success. This role combines consulting, sales, and project management to support leading brands in mobile marketing automation.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own commercial relationships to achieve upsell and renewal targets
- Analyze customer product usage and identify growth opportunities
- Communicate customer feedback to the Braze product team
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Product, Legal, and Marketing
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in SaaS sales renewing and expanding contracts
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM solutions
- Proven success navigating SMB customer segment
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM
