💼 About This Role

You'll oversee content production for global clients, managing talent negotiations and clearances across broadcast, social, and digital projects. Your work ensures legal compliance and risk assessment for creative campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. This role offers the chance to collaborate with top creative teams and drive production workflows independently.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Issue talent contracts and session reports
• Negotiate talent rates with agents
• Review creative materials for clearance issues
• Coordinate with Extreme Reach for talent payments

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years as a Business Manager at a creative ad agency
• Strong knowledge of SAG-AFTRA union talent contracts
• Knowledge of music licensing for broadcast and interactive media
• Understanding of AICP/AICE bid forms and production procedures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with non-union talent contracts
• Familiarity with stock footage licensing
• Experience with Extreme Reach or similar paymaster
