Description

You will lead the firm-wide Mental/Behavioral Health Market, developing and executing the submarket business plan to drive growth and innovation. You'll focus on strategic client positioning, top-tier pursuits, and client leadership while being an ambassador of Living-Centered Design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, or relevant field
• Current registration/licensure in architecture or related discipline
• Proven leadership in developing and implementing business plans
• Experience in client management and business development
• Strong understanding of behavioral health market trends

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement submarket business plan for growth and brand recognition
• Identify and pursue new target clients and nurture existing ones to achieve $5.0M net signed fees annually
• Provide client leadership and subject matter expertise on select projects
• Monitor market trends and best practices to advance the submarket
• Recruit, mentor, and coach team members to build high-performance diverse teams
