💼 About This Role

You'll be part of ION's Leadership Development Program, rotating through three 6-month assignments across product strategy, data analytics, and sales in Tokyo. You'll contribute to challenging projects that automate processes for global financial institutions and gain exposure to the FinTech industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare internal and client-facing presentations and analyses
• Take ownership of projects and manage deadlines
• Automate processes internally and for customers
• Participate in customer status calls and produce activity reports

📋 Requirements

• 2026 graduation date
• 2:1 or above degree classification
• STEM, Business, or Economics degree or demonstrable interest in finance/tech
• Demonstrated leadership potential in or out of classroom
