💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end physical operations of Archer's composites manufacturing facility, directly enabling engineers and technicians building next-generation eVTOL components. You'll establish programs, systems, and vendor relationships from the ground up. This is a builder's role with high ownership in a growing facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead installation of new manufacturing equipment and manage contractors
• Plan and execute new utility installations (power, air, vacuum, plumbing)
• Oversee facility cleaning programs across the warehouse
• Manage front office coordinator and maintenance manager
• Serve as primary contact with landlord and coordinate inspections

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or building operations
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors and vendors across construction and maintenance
• Familiarity with commercial facilities permitting and code compliance
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced composites manufacturing
• Familiarity with hazardous waste and e-waste disposal regulations
• Background in preventive maintenance program setup
