In this role, you will analyze and optimize operational data to deliver timely insights that drive better decision-making, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to strengthen revenue operations. You'll uncover root causes, identify patterns, and collaborate across teams to make an impact.

Requirements

• Strong business acumen with ability to translate business needs into data and reporting requirements
• Prior experience using Looker or similar BI tools to build scalable dashboards and reports
• Advanced analytical skills to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience supporting revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and planning processes

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from CRM systems and marketing platforms to identify trends and KPIs
• Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports for leadership and cross-functional teams
• Track and analyze key sales metrics and funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and opportunities
• Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts using historical data and pipeline health
• Explore and apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve revenue operations processes
