🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead affiliate and influencer channel specialists and account leads.
• Drive affiliate and influencer strategy, innovation, and testing.
• Manage client relationships, contract negotiations, and renewals.
• Partner with cross-channel leads on integrated media plans.

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years direct affiliate and/or influencer experience.
• Expertise in leading full-funnel affiliate and influencer programs.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets.
• Deep understanding of major affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience directing strategy in D2C or Retail, B2B, and B2C.
• Advanced presentation making and G-Suite proficiency.
