You'll lead a pod of Brand Champs while managing a small portfolio of key accounts. You'll drive customer impact and pod performance through coaching and commercial thinking. This player-coach role is central to building a community for modern brand builders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Join key customer conversations to stay close to what's working
• Drive renewals, expansion, and strong customer health outcomes
• Coach Brand Champs to grow in capability and confidence
• Own forecasting, reporting, and save plans

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years managing client portfolios in Customer Success or brand/marketing strategy
• 2+ years leading a team of 3-6 direct reports in high-growth or SaaS environment
