Description

In this role, you will lead the test automation strategy, design robust frameworks, and mentor a team of SDETs. You will collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development process and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience as a developer or SDET
• 8+ years of coding in Java with strong OOPs knowledge
• 4+ years of experience with Selenium or Cypress
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the SDET team
• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
• Mentor junior SDETs and conduct training sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans
• Analyze test results and provide insights to improve quality
