Description

You will lead and oversee daily operations, financial activities, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties, ensuring services align with client requirements and company policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience with commercial, retail, or industrial properties
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
• Knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead team activities, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and manage performance
• Direct and approve vendor invoice payments and accounting activities
• Prepare monthly reports, annual budgets, and CAM/OpX recovery charges
• Coordinate lease administration, tenant move-ins/outs, and space walk-throughs
• Proactively collect rent, manage AR, and enforce lease terms
