Description

You will lead end-to-end data conversion projects for Ridgeline's cloud software, ensuring data integrity, mapping, and transformation while collaborating with internal teams and investment management customers to deliver successful go-lives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years experience in investment management industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, asset management, and data workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting systems and performance measurement.
• Strong experience in SQL, data integration ETL tools, and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects from inception to completion, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and cleansing activities to meet project specifications.
• Validate, troubleshoot, and resolve variances between source data and Ridgeline system data.
• Coordinate with project managers and functional consultants to identify dependencies.
• Partner with Data Science team to improve processes and enhance system automation.
