You'll lead member care for individuals with substance use and mental health disorders in a fully virtual environment. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide evidence-based treatment and prescribe medications. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
• Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions
• Prescribe medications and respond to member questions
• Complete timely documentation in EHR and attend team meetings

📋 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in New Mexico
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction or mental health
• Experience prescribing Suboxone and active DEA registration
