You'll own a portfolio of high-end accounts and develop deep customer engagement. You'll leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and maximize travel budget efficiency.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of high-end customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell AmTrav products
- Provide clients with data-driven business reviews and presentations
- Act as key contact between internal teams and account management
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in a professional client relationship role
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
- Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction priority

- Experience with Concur is a plus
