💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of high-end accounts and develop deep customer engagement. You'll leverage data analytics to provide clients with regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and maximize travel budget efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own a portfolio of high-end customer accounts and build strong relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities and up-sell/cross-sell AmTrav products
  • Provide clients with data-driven business reviews and presentations
  • Act as key contact between internal teams and account management

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a professional client relationship role
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and translate data for customers
  • Result-oriented mindset with customer satisfaction priority

  • Experience with Concur is a plus
