Description

You will integrate software components, firmware, and signal processing algorithms onto target hardware for AST SpaceMobile's space-based platforms, developing automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline build and deployment processes. You'll collaborate with software and systems engineering teams to define APIs and resolve integration dependencies, troubleshooting issues across modules to ensure cohesive system functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in software integration, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Experience with embedded systems, RTOS, or software-hardware integration preferred.
• Active U.S. Security Clearance required.
• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, Bash, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

• Integrate software components, firmware, and signal processing algorithms onto target hardware.
• Develop and maintain integration plans, procedures, and automated scripts for build/deployment.
• Define software interfaces (APIs) and resolve integration dependencies with teams.
• Manage integration environment including build servers, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and debug integration issues, performing root cause analysis.
