You'll serve as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, helping them reach their full potential in home and community settings. You'll provide personal care assistance, accompany clients on errands, and assist with everyday tasks like meal preparation. This part-time role offers flexible PRN scheduling and a supportive team environment.

📋 Requirements

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community activities
• Ability to travel from client to client within zip code list
