Description

You will manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while reviewing contracts, configuring accounts, and reconciling revenue schedules. You'll collaborate across Finance, Sales, and Customer teams to resolve billing exceptions and improve processes.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fundamental understanding of GAAP
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end billing lifecycle from contract review to invoice generation
• Review customer agreements for accuracy and configure accounts
• Prepare and reconcile revenue recognition schedules per ASC 606
• Conduct data verification and audits of customer records
• Monitor and resolve billing exceptions, credits, and adjustments
