💼 About This Role

You'll join a high-caliber team building the agentic layer that powers Altura's next evolution. You'll design and ship real agentic workflows, context-aware production-grade systems on top of a proprietary data graph. This is a high-ownership role with freedom to experiment and shape the AI backbone of a Series A SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver an agentic layer automating complex workflows
• Drive architecture of production LLM/GenAI systems
• Define and implement evaluation metrics and testing
• Operationalize LLMOps and cost optimization

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in AI/ML software engineering with production launches
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (system design, testing, APIs)
• Proven experience with LLM application patterns (context engineering, embeddings, vector search)
• Hands-on experience building evaluation and monitoring systems for model quality

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience optimizing inference (caching, batching, routing)
• Experience serving or fine-tuning open-source models
• Experience building internal AI platforms
