💼 About This Role

You'll support Marqeta's IR efforts, creating materials for quarterly earnings calls and interacting with the investment community. Your work will help maximize shareholder value through clear, data-driven communication of our strategy and financial results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create earnings press releases, scripts, Q&A, investor presentations, and fact sheets.
• Interact with the investment community in conversations about business strategy.
• Monitor industry and peer data by tracking research reports and earnings calls.
• Analyze sell-side analyst notes and identify key themes for management.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and equity valuation models.
• Expertise working with AI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.

✨ Nice to Have

• Investor relations experience in a publicly traded company or equity research.
• Knowledge of IR systems such as Nasdaq IR Insight or Alphasense.
• Knowledge of the Payments industry.
