Description

You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance across the region. This role involves performing month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audit coordination, and daily operational accounting, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional qualification or progress toward ACCA/CPA/CA preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in multinational or SSC setting
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes
• Proficient in MS Office and Power BI; intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close activities including journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliation
• Support statutory audits and tax submissions
• Prepare management reporting schedules and commentary
• Maintain lease accounting schedules (IFRS 16) and track occupancy costs
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives
