🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain core data platform components including ETL/ELT pipelines
• Build scalable data ingestion, normalization, enrichment, and distribution systems
• Contribute to AI-powered evaluation frameworks for machine-generated outputs
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale systems
• Strong data platform engineering expertise including schema design and ETL/ELT
• Experience building backend systems and APIs in cloud-native environments
• Proven experience with LLMs or AI-assisted workflows in production

• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, or financial services data
• Experience with AWS Redshift or similar data warehousing technologies
