You'll join a pioneering team generating functional human eggs from iPSCs at Conception. You'll optimize differentiation protocols for mouse pluripotent stem cells and drive experimental design toward translation to human systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and maintain mouse iPSC lines
• Differentiate ESCs/iPSCs into gonadal cell types
• Engineer stem cells using CRISPR-based tools
• Analyze sequencing data and document results

📋 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent work experience
• Proven expertise in pluripotent stem cell culture
• Strong foundation in developmental biology
• Experience with sequencing datasets (e.g., scRNAseq)

• Experience with immunofluorescence analysis
• Experience with FACS sorting
• Understanding of epigenetic regulation
