You'll serve as the first point of contact for technical support at Wargaming's Vilnius office, handling IT issues via MS Teams, ticketing, and in-person. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software, document resolutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role offers onsite work with a creative games industry environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to and resolve service desk tasks via MS Teams, ticketing, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and processes in ticketing system.
๐ Requirements
- Experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Lithuanian language.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Proficiency with PowerShell and/or SCCM.
