💼 About This Role
You'll drive enterprise sales for a leading real estate decarbonization platform, building pipeline and closing deals with commercial real estate clients. Your work will directly grow ARR in a high-growth climate tech startup backed by Y Combinator and Google.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through research and outbound outreach.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong background in SaaS sales and understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level execs.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
