You'll lead the Domain Platform Engineering and AI team in London, rebuilding an enterprise data platform for decentralized data consumption. Your core impact is ensuring trustable data and models for Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical shaping of data and AI platform initiatives.
• Define the AI platform strategy for enterprise ML adoption.
• Set and monitor DORA metrics and delivery KPIs.
• Build capabilities for other teams to use the data platform.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience building and leading multiple high-performance platform engineering teams.
• Background creating data and AI platforms as a product using agile methods.
• Deep technical knowledge from a previous career as a senior platform or data engineer.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through change in fast-paced environments.
