Requirements
- Technical/vocational training or equivalent
- 1-3 years manufacturing or production experience
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality commitment
- Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and overtime
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery per SOPs
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, and changeovers
- Conduct in-process quality checks to meet specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs
- Complete production logs, downtime reports, and documentation
