You'll own the full lifecycle of partnerships with mobile game publishers at Europe's #3 fastest-growing company. You'll drive new business acquisition, manage strategic growth, and shape go-to-market playbooks for a bootstrapped future unicorn. This role offers total ownership and a rapidly scaling environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source leads, pitch, negotiate, and manage post-onboarding growth
  • Build outbound pipeline targeting top-tier game studios
  • Analyze data to identify upselling and optimization opportunities
  • Define go-to-market strategies and sales frameworks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in high-growth AdTech/Gaming environment
  • Proven track record of closing new business and managing partnerships
  • Strong data fluency with ROAS, LTV, and Retention analysis
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience building a sales or account management function from scratch
  • Knowledge of multiple monetization models in mobile gaming
  • Familiarity with experimental product launches
