You'll own the full lifecycle of partnerships with mobile game publishers at Europe's #3 fastest-growing company. You'll drive new business acquisition, manage strategic growth, and shape go-to-market playbooks for a bootstrapped future unicorn. This role offers total ownership and a rapidly scaling environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source leads, pitch, negotiate, and manage post-onboarding growth
- Build outbound pipeline targeting top-tier game studios
- Analyze data to identify upselling and optimization opportunities
- Define go-to-market strategies and sales frameworks
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years experience in high-growth AdTech/Gaming environment
- Proven track record of closing new business and managing partnerships
- Strong data fluency with ROAS, LTV, and Retention analysis
- Understanding of mobile app ecosystem (MMPs, attribution, SDKs)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience building a sales or account management function from scratch
- Knowledge of multiple monetization models in mobile gaming
- Familiarity with experimental product launches
