You'll lead a tool and die specialist team to ensure high-quality injection molds and dies for SpaceX's manufacturing operations. You'll drive tool maintenance and improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to meet tight production schedules.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor, lead, and supervise up to 20 employees
• Supervise production flow and ensure safety and efficiency
• Resolve nonconformance issues with shop floor and engineering teams
• Coordinate maintenance support and ensure on-time work completion

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 5+ years of plastic injection mold maintenance and repair
• 5+ years building new plastic injection molds from raw material
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role

• Experience managing costs and schedules
• Ability to interpret dimensional data and corrective actions
