Description

You will serve as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, leading discovery conversations to understand client integration preferences and recommending measurement solutions. You'll troubleshoot implementation issues, translate complex concepts for clients, and work cross-functionally to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical client-facing role (Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Account Management)
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising landscape including CTV
  • Hands-on experience with tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, server-side postbacks, APIs)
  • Strong debugging skills with logs, network requests, and data validation tools
  • Experience using AI tools for technical research, troubleshooting, and documentation
