Description

You will lead the global strategy to attract new partners to the ClassPass marketplace, owning the inbound acquisition motion through paid and organic campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate high-quality leads and continuously optimize performance using data and AI tools.

Requirements

  • Proven success leading digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Deep experience managing budgets and exceeding lead-generation targets
  • Strong command of marketing metrics: LTV, CAC, tCPA, ROAS
  • Proficiency with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, Excel
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Lead global acquisition strategy and roadmap for partner inbound leads
  • Design and manage paid and organic campaigns across key channels
  • Own and evolve inbound partner acquisition funnel from first touch to signed partner
  • Partner with Sales, Product, CRO, and Creative teams to align objectives
  • Forecast budgets, analyze performance, and champion experimentation
