💼 About This Role

You'll manage store opening/closing and assume leadership duties in a retail spirits and party goods chain. You'll drive sales, support new employees, and ensure excellent customer service. This full-time role offers medical/dental/vision insurance and a 10% employee discount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store and operate alarm system
• Assume management duties in absence of GM or assistant manager
• Provide customer service and recommend BRS products
• Order, replenish, and maintain inventory

📋 Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• One year as store associate or customer service representative
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a team environment with professional communication
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relationships
• Desire to develop retail sales skills
