You'll scale Marqeta's European business by managing complex B2B payments engagements with enterprise clients. You'll drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships, working closely with product, legal, and delivery teams. This role offers exposure to embedded finance and fintech innovation in a dynamic environment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify and close new enterprise customer opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales process from engagement to contract
- Partner with internal teams to define customer solutions
- Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of sales or strategic business development experience
- Deep understanding of payments ecosystem and card issuing
- Strong financial acumen for complex deal structures
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience

- Experience in a regulated programme manager environment
