💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical guidance to Stripe's partners, driving growth through co-solutioning and enablement. You'll build trusted relationships with executives and architect business models for new monetization opportunities. This role offers the chance to work with a global financial infrastructure platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build partner capabilities and solutions to drive nonlinear growth.
• Develop and execute enablement plans for partners.
• Engage with CTOs and technical leads on solution strategy.
• Communicate success internally through QBRs and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in customer-facing engineering role (solution consultant/solutions architect/sales engineer).
• Fluent German.
• Experience co-selling and co-solutioning with go-to-market partners.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and API architecture.

✨ Nice to Have

• Executive engagement skills with ability to build credibility at all levels.
• Experience with Stripe solutions like Payments, Billing, Connect.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, billing, tax and legacy systems.
