💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of around 20 Shoppers in a fast-paced fulfillment center, ensuring every shift runs safely and on time. Your goal is to drive team performance while maintaining high safety standards in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and coach a team of 20 Shoppers daily
• Monitor order accuracy and on-time delivery using KPIs
• Coordinate with other Captains to optimize workflow
• Handle receiving, inventory, and dispatch across zones

📋 Requirements

• Currently pursuing BAC+2/3 in logistics
• Available for 2-year apprenticeship with rotating shifts (mornings from 3:50 AM or afternoons until 11:30 PM) including Saturdays
• Fluent in French (English is a plus)
• Own vehicle to reach Moissy-Cramayel site
