Description

You will lead sustainment, modernization, and enhancement activities for the VA National Acquisition Center Contract Management system. You'll oversee delivery of database, application, and security services, ensuring alignment with federal IT governance standards and strict SLA requirements, and act as the primary liaison to VA leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience for federal IT programs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
• PMP certification mandatory
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for VA Contracting Officer
• Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources
• Oversee SLA compliance including 98% system availability
• Lead weekly status meetings and produce monthly performance reports
• Coordinate release cycles, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization
