💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end technical implementation of Rain's card programs across networks and jurisdictions. You'll drive cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners to ensure program integrity and expansion readiness. This role sits at the intersection of operations, compliance, and product, requiring deep payments expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end technical implementation of card programs
• Lead jurisdictional expansion operational groundwork
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Visa and Mastercard
• Collaborate with Platform, Product, and Compliance teams

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of card program management experience
• Direct experience with Visa and Mastercard network rules
• Hands-on experience with Account Range Processing and BIN management
• Experience with digital wallet integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-jurisdictional program experience in Latin America or Caribbean
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
