Description

You will lead end-to-end payroll operations across five European countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and SOX controls, partnering with external providers, and collaborating with HR and finance teams. This role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight in a global, remote-friendly environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years multi-country payroll experience in Europe
• Knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, and Austria
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal standards
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR
• Support audits and implement process improvements
