💼 About This Role

You'll expand Salesforce capabilities for The Economist Group while working on projects from requirements to design and implementation. Your core impact includes configuration and development (Apex and LWCs) and system maintenance. This role offers exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds and stakeholder interaction across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate Salesforce requirements into technical specifications
• Manage delivery of functional and technical solutions including integrations
• Ensure coding best practices and 90%+ code coverage
• Build and manage integrations with other applications

📋 Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer
• In-depth progressive Salesforce experience from admin to developer
• Experience with Salesforce products: Sales, Service, Experience Clouds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in TypeScript/React/Next.js
• Cloud infrastructure experience (ideally AWS)
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and JIRA
