Description

You will deliver clinical product education and develop training materials for Women's Health sales teams, translating complex genetic concepts into actionable knowledge for field representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in medical or biological sciences
• 2–4 years in Laboratory Diagnostics or Genetics industry
• Previous customer-facing clinical role (e.g., Genetic Counselor, Clinical Liaison)
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, and e-learning tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product education through live, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Create and maintain clinical training materials including LMS modules and slide decks
• Support training initiatives at major commercial events
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to align training content with scientific evidence
• Engage with field sales teams to identify knowledge gaps and provide coaching
